We DO NOT do returns or refunds. If there is  a problem with your order, fill out a contact form. We will get back to you within 48 hours. If your item is broken or defective, we are happy to send out a replacement!

For situations where metal has maybe discoloured, that is not our fault as you need to follow our care instructions! A care guide is put in every order. For any other situations, we may offer store credit or a discount code but obviously situations vary.
