Jewellery orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Clothing orders are processed and shipped within up to 7 business days, as many items are made or prepared to order.

U.S. Customers – Import Duties & Fees:
Please note that orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are assessed by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control these costs, cannot predict them, and are not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at delivery.

If you’re located outside of the EU and your country isn’t listed, we may still be able to ship to you. Please fill in our Contact Form and let us know your location — we’ll look into adding shipping for your country.
Lost Orders
All our deliveries are fully tracked for peace of mind.
If your order gets lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to investigate and, once confirmed, we’re happy to replace it for you at no extra cost.
